An experienced valuer will visit the premises and conduct a full inheritance tax assessment and provide a written probate report reflecting the value of assets in accordance with the latest HMRC requirements.

Our fee is £450 + VAT (which will be credited to the account of any resultant sales above £10,000 hammer total).
