A recent highlight in a Criterion sale was this Orrefors 'Ariel' clear glass vase. This exquisite vase, possibly designed by the renowned Swedish artist Edvin Öhrström, is a beautiful example of mid-20th century Scandinavian glass artistry.

The vase’s iconic design, characterised by bubbles arranged within squares in a signature grid formation, combined with the clarity of the glass, creates a captivating visual effect that is both modern and timeless. The piece stands 16cm tall with a diameter of 10cm.
