Arrival Procedures - Updated Wednesday 26th January 2022


Islington Saleroom 

Viewing - As of Monday 5th October 2021 our saleroom will be open every weekend for viewing between 10am and 6pm.  No appointment is necessary. 

       *      Upon arrival please use the main entrance on Essex Road

*      Please help our staff and other visitors by wearing a face mask and keeping a 1m distance where possible.  Please use the hand sanitizer before entering the saleroom and again upon leaving.  

We apologise in advance that for the time being our toilets are not available for client use.

Collections - All collections must be made from our front and side doors.  Please park using the loading bays directly outside our front doors on Essex Road.

Large items can be removed via the side doors in St. Mary's Path and small items can be collected from reception. 

Deliveries - All consignment deliveries are to be made via the back doors at the rear of the building and should be via a pre-arranged appointment following our valuations team having approved your items for consignment - please call 0207 359 5707 (option 1).

Couriers delivering consignments on behalf of vendors please contact us on 020 7359 5707 (option 3) so we may inform the saleroom of your arrival time.  Please approach the rear doors of the building accessed from St. Mary's Path off Gaskin Street and Rothery Street, ring the door bell on the metal clad doors and wait to be greeted. We ask for your patience whilst waiting as we manage one delivery at a time. 

Please do not enter the building until requested to do so and we ask that you wait patiently whilst we handle each delivery.  We advise all our customers to wear a mask and gloves and keep 1m distance at all times.
